What We Ate: December
Thank you to all who braved the rain to visit New Taste Marketplace on Saturday the 19th. We raised over $800 for St. Gregory of Nyssa and The Food Pantry! Highlights included great live music, new vendors like Rachel & Rachel Jams, and competing pierogi vendors, who both succeeded in warming the hearts and stomachs of shoppers.
Even the youngest visitors were soaking it all in––and everyone enjoyed the variety of vendors: take-home gifts of chocolate and tea; cookies; savory chili and head-cheese tacos; rich hot coffee and brewed maple soda. I still can’t forget the crazy mix of delicious aromas that filled the high ceilings.
What was your favorite flavor this weekend at New Taste Marketplace? I can’t remember all the conversations I had— so please leave your comments in the feedback. We’re looking forward to January, and even more amazing food.

Debut of New Taste Marketplace a Success!

Families, Potrero Hill residents, foodies and fans all came out to New Taste Marketplace and enjoyed the amazing treats from vendors.
Kitchen Sidecar braved the rain and roasted a whole pig in a China Box for Banh Mi Sandwiches.
SFQ also debuted their San Francisco-style BBQ sauce with warm Chicharrones.
Sataysfied fried up crispy and warm bananas.
